IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Make sure to read this page carefully as it contains important information about Miami Acro Fest.

1) Sign the waiver + WhatsApp Community

  • If you haven’t already, make sure to sign this waiver. It’s required that you have a signed waiver at the moment of check-in. There is no need to print it.
  • Make sure to join the Official WhatsApp Community where we’ll be giving updates on the spot. There is also a House and Ride Share group.
  • Make sure to download the schedule into your phone.

     

2) Bookmark these locations

  • Miami Acro Fest will occur in three locations:
    • Acro Gravity Academy (AGA), where we will have the Friday Intensives and weekend classes. 1935 NE 150th St, North Miami, FL 33181 (Get Directions).
    •  River House Wine & Bar – Saturday Performances & After Party – 7pm to 11:30 pm  437 SW 2nd St, Miami, FL 33130 (Get Directions).
    • South Pointe Park Lighthouse, where we will wrap up the Fest with a classic Acro Jam on Sunday evening. 1 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (Get Directions).

3) About Food and Parking at AGA

  • There is not a ton of parking at AGA, so we encourage everyone to carpool when possible. There are a few grassy areas and lots nearby that we can park.
  • We will have Wayra Roots food available onsite at AGA on Saturday and Sunday with High Vibe and Yummy Food (vegan options also).
  • Feel free to bring pre-packed meals or snacks to eat during the breaks.
  • Please keep food and drinks outside the gym's padded areas.

 

4) About Friday

  • If you are taking any of the Friday Intensives, make sure to come in 30 minutes before to check in.
    • L-Base Flow & Pop: The Tempo Game with Jon Rea & Michele Dawson– 10:00 AM sharp
    • Act Creation w/ Arthur Davis – 2:00 PM
    • We still have a few spots available if you want to join, plz register at miamiacro.com. Remember, Friday intensives are a separate ticket than the full weekend pass.
  • Miami Acro Fest officially kicks off at 5:30 PM Friday! Doors open at 5 PM. Miami is known to have some traffic, so plan accordingly!

 

5) About Saturday

  • Doors open at 9 am. Make sure to show up early if you didn’t check in on Friday.
  •  River House Wine & Bar – Saturday Performances & After Party – 7pm to 11:30 pm  437 SW 2nd St, Miami, FL 33130 (Get Directions).
  • Dress code: Just come in comfy beachy or acro outfit! We don't really care, just come!

 

5) About Sunday:

  • Doors open at 9 am.
  • We close at 4:30 pm, so we can take off to the infamous South Pointe Park Acro Jam (at the Lighthouse).
  • The jam is at the South Pointe Park Lighthouse. Here is a pin in Google Maps you can use to locate the spot. (Get Directions)
  • Parking in South Beach on a Sunday afternoon can be tedious. Our best advice is to park at the public garage on 1100 6th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (Get Directions) it’s more affordable than street parking and you’ll definitely find spots there. Then you can walk (10-minutes) towards South Pointe Park.
